#POLKA Dots Bright YELLOW and WHITE 6 Dotted Party LATEX Helium Quality BALLOONS
- This is for (6) 11" Polka Dot Bright YELLOW and White Dotted Latex Balloons. The dots are white all around the colored balloon. They have an opaque appearance, not see through, unless near a bright light and have a very pretty appearance.
- The latex balloons will be darker than shown when you receive them, but when inflated they will be the same color as shown.
- All my balloons are BRAND NEW deluxe helium quality from the manufacturer, I buy in bulk and repackage in ziploc bags. They are not filled, you can fill at your local store, or rent a helium tank from your local party store or welding company.
